Privacy

We use enquiry data to read your request and, with your consent, introduce it to relevant installers. This site does not load analytics and does not set an analytics cookie.

Who controls the data

Local Battery Installers is responsible for enquiry data submitted here. Privacy questions go to localbatteryinstallers@gmail.com.

What the form collects

Name, email, phone if you give it, postcode, property type, the job, notes about an existing system, timing and the page you sent it from. The host receives the request. A transactional email provider delivers it to our mailbox. We use it to judge coverage and, where you consented, to share it with installers so they can contact you.

You can email us to withdraw consent for future sharing. That does not undo sharing that already happened lawfully.

Retention

We aim to delete unsuccessful or finished enquiry records within 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active introduction, a dispute, a legal duty or security. Installers who receive an enquiry have their own privacy duties.

Logs and rights

The host may keep ordinary technical logs, including IP address, time and path, for security. Do not send payment details or health information. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
